Healthy, No-Bake Anzac Biscuits

Here's an Anzac Day treat you can enjoy without getting the guilts! These are delicious, healthy, super quick and really easy to make - and taste like Anzac Biscuit mixture - yum!
- 1.5 cups oats
- 1 cup dates
- ¼ cup coconut sugar
- ½ cup desiccated coconut
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 2 teaspoons tahini
- hot water
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and mix until well combined, adding enough hot water to make the mixture come together.
- Roll into balls, press down firmly with a fork, chill and enjoy!
